It's now a digital world with everything "instant" and "editable". Photographers & designers seem to be dominated by digital media. Film and slide gradually vanished in the world of photographic film and slide by placing them on top of a light table. Before it turns to an antique, we decided to renovate it and turn it into a multi-functional working table in our studio.

We keep the original yet powerful function of the light table - providing even illumination of the subject from below through a translucent glass and fluorescent light is during this renovation. Modern touch was added by wrapping it up with hairline brushed steel. Small yet strong wheels are installed at the bottom of the light table to increase flexibility.

Wooden boards are added on both sides of the table for placing stationery and small tools.
